Zenguard Sterile Presaturated Wipes

Zenguard  Sterile Presaturated Wipes are low Endotoxin wipes presaturated with blend of 70% IP grade IPA and water of injection (WFI) Zenguard   Presaturated  wipes provide many benefits  for pharmaceutical Drugs, manufacturing.  Significant improvements in both production process and safety are usually realized simply by using  sterile presaturated wipes instead of more traditional wiping methods. The wipes are made from high quality spunlaced melt blown  hydrophilic Polypropylene and PET fabric. They are offered in convenient peel and reseal pouches. Zenguard Sterile Presaturated Wipes are also offered in perforated rolls in a dispensing canister.

Features:

• Reduces the danger of contact infections on hands, skin and alcohol resistant surfaces.
• IPA inhibits production of metabolites essential for rapid cell division. It also causes denaturation of the protein of the microbe resulting in death of the microbial cell.
• Even solution application on surface.
• No particle generation.
• Exhibits minimal levels of particles, fibers, ions and extractable.
• Traps more particles than traditional wipes leaving the surface cleaner.
• Retains 95% of the particles trapped dramatically reducing the risk of recontamination.
• Traps particles in solution better leaving surface cleaner.
